Adorned with a sweetheart neckline, smocked back, flutter sleeves and an optional bow belt, this dress is feminine and classic. It's cut from a super soft flannel-like dark blue and green plaid fabric. Fit and flare. Ankle length. Hidden back zipper. Half Lined.
